LOVE THIS! We make homemade bread frequently and with just the two of us the bread stays fresher if we split the loaves in half before freezing. That first cut, though, sets the pattern for all of the others. It us so great that this first slice as well as all of the others are so precise and even. A little thing, to be sure, but so satisfying. We use a 10 inch bread knife and it works just fine.

This is a very nice bread slicer! I was using a plastic slicer with bad results. Bought this and all is good. I recommend using a ten inch knife as it is wide. Folds up flat, so it doesn’t take a lot of storage. I am very satisfied with this product!
I really love my new Bread Slicer. I bought the combo with the knife, clips, and Bread bags. I love them all. I really like that the cutting surface is not wood, but a regular cutting board surface. Highly recommend this, especially if you want to slice up your bread prior to freezing so that it is easy to thaw just a couple of slices. They are so nice and uniform.
