Quality product and exactly as described! Perfect. I had to buy a longer bread knife because while 7.5in fits all the way across, it’s a little too short when actually cutting. Recommend buying a 10in bread knife when you buy this (I bought the knife from a different company -can’t comment on their knives).

Just purchased my second one. I have a bread-baking friend that always is amazed at my perfectly sliced bread. Her birthday is coming up and I thought this would be the perfect gift! Previously I had a similar slicer made from bamboo. Just didn’t hold up. The wood splintered each time I used it. Ugh! These hardwood slicers are perfect and last forever!!
