Bread slicer - a game changer
Love the bread slicer. I am new to bread making and tend to mutilate my loaves while trying to slice them. I set out to buy a guide. After researching and reading reviews I settled on this one, and so far I am certain I made the correct choice. The guides are wide enough to allow easy movement of my bread knife but not to wide to make my cuts sloppy. The synthetic cutting board and the wooden guide make the perfect combination. I love how it folds into itself for storage, it is attractive enough to store on the counter and compact enough to fit in any cupboard or even a drawer.

This is the best bread slicer I have ever used. The first time I used it was somewhat awkward. I should have waited for the bread to cool so it would hold its shape while I sliced. Fresh hot bread has a tendency to collapse. MADE IN THE USA!!

Excellent build quality. 1/3 inch slice is just right. The width is not adjustable so bread moves around some and must be held while slicing.
