If there is a quality issue with any item on your order when you receive it, we’ll take the goods back for a prompt exchange. If the item was personalized we’ll personalize the replacement item with the same message. Personalized items can only be returned for a manufacturing defect or error. Any and all quality issues must be reported within 30 days of shipment and any refunds or exchanges must be made also within that 30 day window of time since your order shipped. Please review your order carefully before you submit it, especially the “ship to” address and the personalization message. We frequently start our personalization production within minutes of your order being submitted, so we can’t accept cancellations or changes to orders once you submit them. Please note that we do reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion if we deem the language and/or content of your message to be inappropriate. Any goods being returned due to product error or defect in manufacture must be returned in its new condition and in its original packaging. All claims for return, exchange or credit must be made by the original purchaser of those goods. We do our best to meet requested delivery dates but weather and other circumstances beyond our control may sometimes intervene and cause delays. No refunds will be issued for orders delayed by adverse weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect delivery by us or any of our carriers.
