Improvement needed for longer knife compatibility.
The slicer looks great and I believe it is a good quality. However because my knife is only about 10″ long I have been unable to use it. The product could improve by at least offering an optional 15″ knife at an additional cost to improve the experience. As it stands I still need to find and order a knife with a longer blade.
