All returned merchandise must be in its original (unused) condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the product is received. Allow 10 days for processing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you order was delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us with in 7 days from the date merchandise was received (please include image of damaged item). We will arrange an exchange or refund and will ship replacement items to you free of charge, if the item is in stock. We regret that we cannot replace items that are discontinued from our inventory.
Defective merchandise must be returned in its original package within 14 days of receiving a return shipping label from us.
