Returns and exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange your undamaged, unwashed, unworn item(s) with the original receipt for a prompt refund and exchange.
You have 30 days from when you receive your order to send back your return. Any item(s) sent back after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and new condition. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
After receiving your return, refunds will be issued in the same form as the initial payment for the cost of the product, less the shipping.
Please allow up to 7 business days for this request to be processed. Your credit will appear after receiving and processing your returned item through our return procedure. Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return.

Great for storage!
Really love this basket. Perfect for blankets but I’m actually using it as a hamper as it’s lightweight to carry laundry room and looks great in the corner. It seemed hard to get to stand up seamless like the picture, but eventually it retained its shape. Means it's very sturdy.
