Though I’m pretty good at cutting bread without a guide, I can’t achieve the uniform slices this guide provides. Having the guides for the thin slices provides me with uniform slices I can’t do.

Fantastic Upgrade for Bread Slicing
This is a HUGE improvement over my old plastic slicing guide, which would leave bits of plastic in my bread. I love how it folds flat, so it is easy to store. I bake my loaves in the oven instead of a bread machine, so the loaves get fairly wide at the top. America’s slicer is still wide enough to handle it! Easy to use and the slices are just the right size. The bread knife is pretty nice too! Best of all, I’m glad it is made in the USA.

I really love my new slicer. I bought the combo with the knife, clips, and Bread bags. I love them all. I really like that the cutting surface is not wood, but a regular cutting board surface. Highly recommend this, especially if you want to slice up your bread prior to freezing so that it is easy to thaw just a couple of slices. They are so nice and uniform.
