I needed to be able to slice a loaf of homemade bread evenly so my husband could make sandwiches for work when away from home. This makes them so perfect it looks store bought. Couldn’t be happier! The RADA breadknife is the best I’ve used for slicing bread, cuts cleanly and evenly. The only issue is I have to turn the partially sliced loaf around to do the whole loaf with the same size slices since half of the slots are for thin slices, but it’s not that much trouble.

I just recently quit buying bread at the grocery store. I have been baking bread for my church for communion for the past few years. I decided to bake bread for myself. For the past few months I have been just slicing my bread freehand. It didn’t work too well. The slices were fat on the bottom and thin on the top. Since I purchased this device I now have even slices of bread, and the loaves last a little longer. Thank you for making this product. I also like the bags that came with the deluxe package.
